General Conditions of Sale (GCS)

1. Preamble
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern all relations between Sketchiz (hereinafter "the Company") and its customers (hereinafter "the Customer") in the context of booking services or purchasing products offered on the website www.sketchiz.ch.
By booking or purchasing on the site, the Customer fully and unreservedly accepts these General Terms and Conditions.

Sketchiz offers private karaoke room bookings and various fun activities (darts, arcade games, etc.), as well as the sale of drinks and tapas to be consumed on site.
Descriptions of services are available on the site and the information is provided with the greatest care to ensure its accuracy.

4. Reservation
Booking process: Reservations are made online via the website www.sketchiz.ch.
Confirmation: A booking confirmation is sent by email after payment validation. This confirmation constitutes proof of the agreement between Sketchiz and the Client.

Modification or cancellation:
Any modification or cancellation must be communicated at least [XX hours] before the reservation date.
After this period, no refund will be made, except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the Company.

5. Rates and Payment
Prices: Prices displayed on the site are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT.
Payment: Payment can be made online via secure means (credit/debit cards).
Billing: An electronic invoice can be sent upon request.

6. Conditions of Use of the Rooms
The rooms are only accessible to people who have booked.
Any damage caused to the equipment or the room by the Client will be charged extra.
Sketchiz reserves the right to refuse access in the event of inappropriate or dangerous behavior.

7. Refund Policy
Refunds are only available for cancellations made within the timeframes specified in our FAQ
In the event of cancellation by Sketchiz (technical failure or force majeure), a full refund or a new reservation will be offered.

Sketchiz respects the confidentiality of your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

9. Liability
Sketchiz undertakes to provide the services described diligently.
The Company cannot be held responsible in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control (breakdown, cancellation due to force majeure, etc.).

10. Applicable Law and Disputes
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution before resorting to the competent courts of Geneva.
